Our integrated supply chain reporting system, “MI Smart Tech” is a bespoke Management Information system built specifically for metering assets and associated equipment management, tracking and reporting. Developed by Dragon RS to fully track and report on the assets and associated equipment we handle. This allows us to fully manage, analyse and report the end-to-end movement of assets and associated equipment throughout processing to promote lean efficiencies and to build continuous improvement strategies.
