Staff retention is well above the average due to our personnel development and internal promotion programme. The majority of our staff live locally and are encouraged to support the local community by proposing initiatives to be supported by both the staff and Dragon RS.
Dragon RS are a “Real Living Wage” employer and all of our staff are fully employed by the company (We DO NOT operate Zero Hour Contracts).
